Meet the White Rock Centre Staff
Victoria Riley, Centre Manager
Victoria joined the Avalon community in 2019, after moving back to Canada from Australia. During her time abroad, she worked, studied and practiced yoga on the beach. Victoria has an educational background in Psychology and studied at RMIT University in Melbourne. She finds the human brain fascinating and gravitates toward those with a thirst for knowledge. Victoria is also a certified Yoga Teacher and spent time over the years building her own practice of mindful movement and breath work.
Throughout Victoria’s recovery journey she has helped many women by lending an ear, a shoulder, and offering support wherever she can. She understands the journey to a better life through sobriety is not one that should be done alone. She thrives in a community of like-minded women who are also on a path to wellness and is passionate about helping those find their way.
With many years experience in managerial and clerical roles, Victoria brings a fresh perspective and enthusiasm to her role as White Rock Centre Manager and is always open to growth and expansion for the greater good of all the amazing women in our community and looks forward to meeting you!
